I am available for all kinds of work / repair and just general help and advice purposes. Im great with laptops, desktops, software, TV's, mobile phones, google home, alexa, just about anything ! Im am based in the local area to provide quick and same day repair service and support, be it in person, remote, or you can come to me. I can also deal with latest threats, viruses and hardware issues to provide top quality repair service.

Repair

I have an effective system for troubleshooting and diagnosing and in most cases repairing most of your Desktop, Laptop and Mac problems remotely, but when this isn’t available I can usually book you in for same day or next day visit in your home.

Training

I can offer one to one training for adults and children, and also group family training, this makes learning fun and can teach and help with what is needed either at work or school, basic computing skills like just finding your way round windows and making it work better for you and sorting things to make them easier to find and also Microsoft Office basic skills for Outlook, Word and Excel.

Tune up

Is your computer slow? Can it take ages to boot up and get going ? are you able to make Tea/coffee before it is ready to use ?

I have tools that can speed this up, or give you advice as to what would be needed to make things better for you.

Virus Protection

Suffering from unexplained pop ups ? weird search results when browsing ? or you think your machine is just not acting the same as it used to.

I have many virus tools (usually free) that I can run to see what is happening, and hopefully eliminate them from your machine so that you can get back to normal use again.
